The Macrophage is a swarm creature found in Genesis: Part 2, resembling a cluster of tiny Summoners with eyeballs attached to meat-flower-like structures. Created by Rockwell, these creatures are speculated to be part of his macroscopic immune system - essentially overgrown lymphocytes. They are untameable and serve as environmental hazards in the simulation.

Behavior
- Generally ignores players even when flown close past
- Becomes hostile when eyes open (identified by this visual cue)
- Attacks if player damages anything near it or its host plants
- Attacks if player grabs Mutagen bulb
- Inflicts minimal damage but drains stamina continuously
- Can disable both sprinting and Tek Sprint with each hit

- Attacks similarly to Insect Swarm - use same fighting strategy
