Moschops
Creature Guide
SynapsidsOverview
The Moschops is a unique synapsid (mammal-like ancestor) found across many ARK maps. Despite its intimidating appearance, it is a cowardly creature that will flee at the slightest provocation. What makes Moschops valuable is its ability to be trained to harvest specific resources - it can learn to prioritize harvesting certain materials like Prime Meat, Rare Flowers, or Organic Polymer. While not suitable for combat, it makes an excellent autonomous harvesting companion.
